Payment:
Lessons are invoiced monthly; payment is due on the 10th of the following month. It is also possible to prepay an agreed number of classes. In the Czech Republic, it is possible to prepay lessons with reward points (Benefity, Sodexo, Eden Red, Up, Benefity Plus). If you pay with the points, you will be charged extra 12%.

Cancelation by students:
If the lesson is canceled 24 hrs or more before it starts, it is possible to move it to another date (based on the agreement with the teacher) or to do e-learning.
If the lesson is canceled 24 hrs or less before it starts, the lesson will be charged fully. It is not possible to move this lesson to another date.
Cancelation by the teacher:
If the lesson is canceled by the teacher, it can be moved to another date (based on the agreement). If it is not possible, it will not take place and will not be charged.
